VSI is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who donate their time and expertise to provide leadership, establish policies and create a strategic plan for our organization.

Through Consumer Based Planning and the development of an extensive Program Evaluation, VSI continually monitors the results of the services we offer, their effects on the people being served and to anticipate the needs of future consumers. We strive to provide the best training, educational and rehabilitation services for our community.
