We stress the rehabilitative powers of positive employment as well as innovative programs to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to succeed. For over 55 years we have delivered programs that are nationally accredited and state certified. Equally important, these programs are individually tailored to help individuals succeed.

Our programs include:

Work and Personal Services
provides a unique service for over two dozen individuals who otherwise might not qualify for employment.

Extended Employment Sheltered Workshop (EESW)
at three workshop locations between Liberty and North Kansas City.

Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE)
places people with disabilities in competitive jobs within the communities of Clay and Platte counties.

Program Services Case Management
works to ensure that each individual achieves their potential and individual goals.
